By 9:30 am they had already plowed through a big, hot breakfast, playing with play-doh, coloring, reading, working on "metal art" and were complaining of being bored (although no one, obviously, was willing to get dressed!)
As soon as Grammy heard they were home, she gathered them, virtually, around for a little pop-up book story time. They even made a pop-up craft with her, over the webcam.
Hooray for Gram! Hooray for technology that makes 600 miles feel not so far, afterall.
